The largest of the three Yemeni restaurants in Dokki, this restaurant is open 24 hours and, looking a bit like a car showroom, its florescent lightbulbs glow through the window store front in the night. Each dish is made to order, including the large, oily bread. Each meal begins with a fresh white sheet of butcher paper as your table cloth, some delicious, tumeric heavy chicken broth, and salad. The fusulia maa beid (white beans with egg), salta (spicy lamb or goat), and fried fish are particularly good. For dessert, order the bread pudding like fatta bil moz and the milk tea (it takes a while, but worth the wait).
